Deal or No Deal: Episode 8
After a long hiatus, I’ve finally brought back the Deal or No Deal feature! Episode 8 will cover the upcoming PsP title, Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?
About the game:
Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? is a PsP title by NIppon Ichi, best known for Strategy RPGs, more notably, the Disgaea Series. Prinny:CIRBH (Obnoxious enough acronym?) has the Prinnies trying to find the stolen Ultra Dessert for their master Etna. The game is a spinoff of the Disgaea series & instead of being a strategy game, it is a side scrolling action game? A better explanation can be found in the video below, but I warn you, Asagi’s voice can be on the tad, annoying side.
Vodpod videos no longer available.
Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? Nippon Ichi Basic Set ($39.99)
This is the basic set for the game. As there are no pre order bonuses, anywhere, to get more for the game for free, the only choice is the basic game at Nippon Ichi’s store. This version contains the game, soundtrack & also a comic book by penny arcade.
Prinny: Hero to the Rescue Set($64.99)
This version of the game, costing more than a standard Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 title, comes with the game, a psp Prinny pucn, & a Prinny Plushie
Prinny: Ultra Dessert set ($69.99)
Now the Granddaddy of the sets, the Ultra Dessert. This comes with everything from the Hero to the rescue set, plus the Disgaea: Graphic Novel.
Deal, No Deal, No Deal
The basic set from the Nippon store is an obvious deal as you get the game, AND free stuff with it, while the Hero to the Rescue & Ultra Dessert sets are a bit on the expensive side. Of course if you search the store you will see that the plushie & other additions are all available seperately and while if you bought everything it would come out to the Ultra Dessert price, you don’t have to. Buy the default set, & buy the plushie, psp pouch or what have you seperate if you really want them.
